Terms & Conditions / Rental Agreement – Zion Party Rentals

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the rental of party equipment from Zion Party Rentals. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations are confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received.

  • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted methods.

  • Full payment is due [insert number] days before the scheduled event.

  • Zion Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel reservations if payment is not received on time.

2. Rental Period

  • Rental periods are defined by the delivery and pick-up times confirmed at booking.

  • Late returns or extended use may incur additional fees.

3. Delivery & Setup

  • Zion Party Rentals provides delivery, setup, and removal of equipment.

  • Customers must provide clear access and a safe setup area.

  • Any damage to property caused by blocked or unsafe setup areas is the customer’s responsibility.

4. Safety & Supervision

  • All equipment must be used according to safety instructions.

  • Bounce houses, water slides, and inflatables require adult supervision at all times.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring children follow the safety rules, including age, weight, and number limits.

  • Zion Party Rentals is not liable for injuries caused by misuse, rough play, or failure to supervise.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made [insert number] days before the event will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after that period may forfeit the deposit.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • Equipment must not be used for commercial purposes without prior approval.

  • Sharp objects, food, or liquids are prohibited inside bounce houses and inflatables.

  • Alcohol or drug use on or near equipment is strictly prohibited.

8. Force Majeure

Zion Party Rentals is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, or emergencies.

9. Agreement Acceptance

By booking, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges:

  • Understanding of safety rules

  • Responsibility for supervision and proper use

  • Acceptance of liability for any damage or misuse
