At Zion Party Rentals, the safety of your guests is our top priority. All of our party equipment is designed for fun, but proper use and supervision are essential. This policy outlines important rules and guidelines for using our rentals safely.
1. Adult Supervision Required
- All bounce houses, water slides, and inflatables must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Supervisors should ensure children follow safety rules and play appropriately.
2. Age & Weight Guidelines
- Each inflatable has maximum weight and age limits.
- Exceeding these limits may cause equipment failure or injury.
- Please follow posted instructions on each rental.
3. Proper Use of Equipment
- No shoes, sharp objects, food, or drinks inside bounce houses or slides.
- No roughhousing, flips, wrestling, or climbing on walls of inflatables.
- Equipment should be used only as intended.
4. Setup & Safety Area
- Ensure equipment is set up on a flat, level surface free of debris.
- Keep inflatables away from fences, trees, pools, or overhead power lines.
- Equipment should remain anchored and inflated at all times.
5. Weather & Environmental Conditions
- Do not use inflatables in high winds, rain, or storms.
- Zion Party Rentals may reschedule or cancel events in unsafe weather conditions.
6. Liability & Responsibility
- Zion Party Rentals maintains all equipment in safe, clean, and functional condition.
- Customers assume full responsibility for supervision and proper use during the rental period.
- Zion Party Rentals is not liable for injuries caused by misuse, unsupervised play, or failure to follow these guidelines.
7. Emergency Procedures
- In case of injury, contact emergency services immediately.
- Remove injured person from equipment safely and wait for professional assistance if needed.
