Delivery & Setup Policy – Zion Party Rentals

At Zion Party Rentals, we strive to make your event stress-free by handling the delivery, setup, and removal of all rental equipment. This policy outlines what you can expect from our service and your responsibilities.

1. Delivery

  • We deliver equipment to the address provided at the time of booking.

  • Delivery times are scheduled and confirmed in advance. Please ensure someone is available to receive the equipment.

  • Additional fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area in Central Valley.

2. Setup

  • Zion Party Rentals will professionally set up all rentals, including bounce houses, water slides, tables, chairs, and concessions.

  • Equipment will be positioned on a flat, level surface free of obstacles and hazards.

  • Customers must ensure a clear setup area and provide safe access for our delivery team.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure pets, vehicles, and other obstacles are removed from the setup area.

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by our team.

  • Supervise children and guests during the event.

4. Equipment Inspection

  • Zion Party Rentals inspects all equipment prior to delivery to ensure it is clean, safe, and in working order.

  • Customers are encouraged to report any visible damage immediately upon delivery.

5. Removal

  • After the rental period, Zion Party Rentals will remove all equipment at the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Customers do not need to deflate or dismantle any equipment.

6. Liability

  • Zion Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or accidents caused by misuse, improper supervision, or failure to follow safety instructions.

  • Any damage to property or equipment during delivery or setup due to unsafe conditions is the responsibility of the customer.
